Loved it! Our server was very kind and thorough with his job. He kept his eyes on our drinks and kept refilling them whenever he had the chance. He circled around as needed to ensure our food was great and that we had everything we needed. The interior gives off a calm and simple vibe. It was my mom's birthday and they sat us in a spot closest to the window. There was a great view of The Strip in the distance as the place sits on a hill. Could be a romantic setting. More of a rich area. Very clean. The food was amazing. Smaller portions. I ordered a steak and it was easy to cut through. The broccolini and potatoes were perfection. The spinach dip was also a good choice. Great flavor and the chips were not hard. I recommend getting the crème brûlée cheesecake-- it has a crunchy top layer and tasted like heaven on earth. :) Many drink options-- alcohol. My only issue was that the restaurant was a little hidden, but we were able to find it after a few minutes. Will definitely be coming back!

Just back from vacation with an empty refrigerator, so we wanted a quick casual meal. Yorktown Grill is close by and fit the bill. No problem getting a table on a Wednesday night at 6:30. Turkey burger is not on the menu but Jim, our server, said he could get one made for us to share ($17) with a side of fries. Nice presentation (see photo). The view at night from the inside dining is just as impressive as the view from the patio. Really adds to the enjoyment of the meal.

This restaurant located within Sun City Anthem is about a year old. Nicely designed, excellent view of the Las Vegas valley, good service, ample free parking is included in your meal. The service was excellent. Noise level very low. I had the tuna melt with market salad. Good presentation, and very good taste. Menu is not extensive, but has enough of a variety to satisfy casual dining requirements.

Had a great quick bite and beers at the bar. Jennifer who took care of our service was on it. Very pleasant, knew her stuff about the food, restaurant options and menu(s). The food was good, priced well and of course happy hour prices for beers made it even more appealing. Listening to other patrons as they left all very positive on all counts. My only complaint being that the staff needs to clean around the floor at the bar stools. Lots of crumbs, yuk and dust that seemed to be accumulating. The only reason for not giving a five star review. As they say, " the devil is in the details". Despite this, I will be back..

I've been wanting to try Anthem's latest attempt at a restaurant for some time. Had hoped to get here for lunch on a Friday for their "Fried Chicken Fridays" but still haven't found the time. It's just as well. Came to dinner last night and learned that they have abandoned "Fried Chicken Fridays." My husband and I lived in Sun City Anthem for ten years and frequently dined at Vic's. We were curious about Yorktown Grill which, as I understand it, is run by a restaurant management firm hired by the SCA Board. We were also looking forward to showing our friends, with whom we go out to dinner every month, the view. The view did not disappoint. The Manager got us started until Jose was able to take over. Jose, and the Manager, deserve 5 stars for service. Both were excellent. I truly enjoyed Jose. What I did not enjoy were the wine glasses. I had $14 glasses of Chardonnay; my friend had $13 glasses of Pinot Noir. The wine came, not in proper wine glasses which would allow us the room to swirl the wines, breathe them, but in tiny glasses. Because the glasses were so small, they were filled, leaving no room for volutizing. Why no decent wine glasses? The floor is a mis-mosh of patterns. I do like that they added mirrors so that the diners sitting with their backs to the view can still enjoy the view. GREAT idea! I was sad to see so few diners. It's hard to attract people from out of the area because this really is at the end of Valley; "three exits to California" as I've heard it said. Anyhow, the food. We four shared three appetizers: Bruschetta, Eggrolls and Brussels Sprouts. We enjoyed all of them. I thought the Bruschetta had burrata on it but, looking at the menu, I see it was whipped ricotta. It was good. We all liked it. The fried Brussels Sprouts had a spicy sauce and were delicious. The Eggrolls came with a sweet chili sauce and were also very good. We started with a basket of soft, delicious bread which was served with two ramekins of SOFT butter! I hate when butter is hard and cold -- you can't spread it. Oh, I spread this butter and it was delicious; cheesy! Subtle but definitely cheesy. (Maybe it was the bread?) Either way, the bread was great. I had the Greek Salad as my entree. It was okay. I've had worse but I've had many better Greek Salads. It was slightly overdressed and the dressing was not special. There were two or three different types of olives in it but, in a Greek Salad, I want Kalamata. And I want more of them. I also want more and bigger pieces of feta cheese. My husband's Salmon was excellent. It came with white rice and steamed broccoli; not creative. My friend had the Short Rib and said that, too, was excellent. I had the Apple Cobbler with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Wish I had not ordered it. Other than the few slices of apple, which were good, I didn't especially enjoy the dessert. The 'crust' was very crumbly; I mean, it was like eating crumbs. And not tasty crumbs but flavorless crumbs. We received service and water promptly. Our water glasses were refilled. It took a few minutes but we were able to order a second round of wine. (I think that only two servers plus the Manager were working the dining room. There weren't many customers, so they had sufficient coverage.) LOVE love love the large-print bill. I've actually taken to carrying a magnifying glass in my purse because there are many restaurant menus that I can no longer read, even with reading glasses. Prices aren't high so I will probably return.
